The Brief

The owner of this well-known Sydney car restoration business wanted Spark to redesign the existing website so it did justice to his craftsmanship and displayed services to potential customers. It was also important that ongoing content updates could be easily managed by the in-house team at The Classic Factory.

The Solution

Website Design

Just like restoring a classic car, Spark wanted to bring out the best qualities of The Classic Factory’s character. This involved using captivating imagery of past and current car projects, along with a distinctive red and black colour scheme throughout the website.

Guiding users on the available services was also an important element of this redesign. Large appealing service boxes allowed users to easily find information, while the information on the different service tiers and the steps involved for each restoration project were interactive and easy to follow.

The entire revamp was centred around getting potential customers excited about bringing their classic car back to life and making the entire process fun and easy.

The Solution

CMS

Along with the website redesign, Spark also set-up a simple to use Content Management System (CMS) so ongoing car projects could be added. For many of our clients, the option to have a user friendly CMS after a new website goes live is very important. Not only does it give them the flexibility to manage updates and reduce marketing spend, they can gain an advantage over local competitors with new and engaging content for audiences.

The Solution

Google My Business

A small but often overlooked part of improving online visibility is establishing Google My Business. Spark set this up, providing potential customers with immediate information on The Classic Factory’s opening hours, project photos, customer reviews and directions to the workshop.

The Result

We were thrilled to hear that the team at The Classic Factory were very satisfied with the end result on this website redesign and have noticed a definite jump in online customer enquiries.
